I ordered the Red Maple Burger with GF toast as a substitute for buns. Tasted delicious! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and will take the extra steps to reduce the possibility of cross contamination. The fries are in a shared fryer with other foods, so I would not recommend getting those if you are sensitive to cross contamination. As for breakfast, I’m sure they can make omelets and other breakfast foods GF no problem, except for pancakes and bread-related foods. And yes the syrup is GF!
