This restaurant has a lot of GF options but they need to be more clear what is GF and not GF. We were told the chips on the table are GF - but it would be nice to see that listed on the menu. Our waitress told us that fries were GF but then later came back to tell us she was mistaken. If they have a dedicated fryer - I don't understand why they could make fries in that GF fryer. Some food was tasty. Anyone who got steak in their tacos/enchiladas didn't like the steak because it was lumpy and chewy. For dessert, they offered 2 GF options. We ordered one of them but then noticed that this option was not on the GF menu (like the fries weren't). The waitress insisted that the dessert was GF - she said she has worked there for 4 years and should know (but she didn't know the fries weren't). We were nice about it and chose to have the person with Celiac to just eat the ice cream (which came in a separate dish) but had the non celiac person eat the rest. We didn't complain. We have just been burnt by unknowledgable servers in the past at various restaurants and the consequences are too great. What I didn't like is that the waitress kept coming over to try and convince us that she was right - to the point of embarrassment in front of our friends. She even showed us that it listed as GF on the bill.
