Review of Red Mesa Grill

I am Celiac and I am always skeptical about going to restaurants, especially any of witch don't understand the concept of what GF is. Red Mesa Grill in TC, Absolutely Nailed It!! I was Ecstatic to see that I got a separate menu titled 'Celiac Friendly'. I ate their chips, salsa, guacamole, and the three sample enchilada platter. Our waitress was Absolutely Amazing!! I wasn't sure about the chips, due to the menu stating 'We can not guarantee our chips are GF, but you're more then welcome to bring your own chips in and we will gladly hand over our salsa for dipping.' (Along them lines) I asked the waitress about the chips and she was pretty sure they were GF. She even offered to go double check and of course I asked her to. When she came back she said 'Our chips are GF and they are fried in a separate fryer.' I enjoyed my meal, as did my family. We will be back, for sure!!
