Review of Red Mesa Grill

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time and now I am going to have to drive over at least once a week to eat here. They have a separate "celiac-safe menu" and it's priceless! I tried the Jack Stuffed shrimp and substituted the beans and rice for veggies and garlic green chili mashed potatoes. It was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The chips are fried in a separate dedicated fryer and the salsa is very unique & delicious - unlike any I've ever had, and I've lived in the southwest for the past 12 years! The bartender Matt was very knowledgeable about celiac & all of the staff is very conscientious of a celiac's needs. I give this place 10 stars out of 5! A northern Michigan MUST for celiacs and GLUTEN allergy sufferers. Im celiac with GLUTEN allergy that's off the charts.
