When I ask for gluten free, they tell me which dishes cannot be gluten free such as the duck dishes which are marinated in soy sauce. Other dishes they can substitute with gluten free soy sauce such as the clams, stir fry dishes, vegetable dishes. It’s very hard to go both gluten and soy free, but the sour fish soup fits the bill unless you can’t handle the added corn starch.
