Red Pepper Chinese and Vietnamese Cuisine

I had no idea they could make some dishes gluten free!!! The waiter was so kind and informed me that the sesame chicken is gluten free because it’s white meat and they use cornstarch to coat the chicken! Other dishes like general tso can be made gluten free too as long as you notify them of the allergy. They also have different sauces they can swap out as well to assist with some of the chicken/beef and vegetable dishes!
