I had a pretty good experience. My burger on a gluten free bun came out on a plate rather than in a basket and was marked with a purple plastic thing, so it was pretty clear that it was gluten free. I asked about the fryer, and the server said that they have a dedicated one just for fries. The bun was toasted, so I worried a little about cross contamination, but I ate it anyway and I felt fine afterwards. I’ll ask next time how they manage that.
There weren’t really gluten free options other than a burger, though, or at least none were clearly marked on the menu.
