Thursday night is Paleo night and the entire list of house specials are gluten free! Many options that are unique. Other nights have lots of GF options and they will modify sauces so that you get a great meal! I have been there at least a dozen times over the past few years and never had a bad reaction!

I asked about gluten free options, and she had to go ask other employees two separate times. She said the cauliflower pizza was gluten free, so I ordered that. It was covered in crumbs from other pizzas. I got very sick. Not celiac friendly

I loved coming here before my allergy started. The first couple of times I tried them with a wheat allergy, they were great. Recently it's been concerning. I tried ordering a special that contains their house black bean burger. I asked the server to verify it was gf and he came back to say they use flower as a binder so I ordered my second choice, an omelet. When it was delivered to my table, they included a biscuit on the plate. Proceed with caution, ask lots of questions, and confirm when they bring out your food.

No gluten free menu and no gluten free bread, buns or wraps. I was disappointed. The greek salad I got was just ok.

Knowkedgeable staff and plenty of GF items. Tasty and reasonably priced 👍🏽

Unless you go on Thursday you can have only a salad or one chicken dish. No gf bread, rolls or pasta. Not a dedicated fryer.

Not many options, but the ones they have are Delish!! And Thursday's are Paleo night which are generally GF options!!
