The server was informed and clearly explained that they could make almost anything on the menu gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer and gluten free batter for fish n’ chip, fried clams, fries, etc. Although they don’t advertise their gluten free options, they are clearly well informed and offer many options. Great location on the way to Fundy National Park from Moncton.
