They assured me my order was gluten-free and there would be no cross-contamination. They have separate fryers and a separate preparation area. Our server, Tilly, was extremely knowledgeable about GF options and celiac. I got the seasonal special-bison chicken fried steak. It was incredible and tasted so good. The service was also top-notch. I did not get sick at all!
