Not sure if this is just for today or an all-the-time thing but their tortilla chips are fried flour tortillas and contain gluten instead of being corn tortillas?

Decent BBQ, but no gf menu. Waiter was reasonably knowledgeable and kitchen seems to be aware of procedures to avoid cross-contamination. Make sure to let them know because there is nothing that doesn’t come in close contact or served alongside fried onions and cornbread.
