i have been ordering them via uber eats for quite some time and never had an issue, but i just ordered it tonight and it was the gluten noodles :(

Ate here yesterday and food was delicious! Felt very safe eating there and will absolutely be returning! Allergen certification shown right at the door. Rice noodles boiled in their own pot and I was reassured that they change gloves and use all separate utensils to ensure no cross contamination.

First ramen place I can trust with gf! I had the No9 (truffle) option in the signature format (comes with preset sides and is smoked in front of you).

This was an excellent find! I am not plant-based, but I thoroughly enjoyed the broth and toppings. The noodles were not cooked enough, they had the texture of rice noodles that were soaked in hot water but not boiled. I couldn't finish the bowl because of the noodle texture, but I will go back anyway for the broth and toppings! I had the Dragon Bowl, superb.

June 17, 2023- WOW! My wife and I were in Boston for a weekend and we stumbled upon this fantastic place. As you walk through the door, in clear view was their "Certificate of Allergen Awareness Training". I told the lady at the counter that I had Celiac disease and was very sensitive to gluten. She instantly explained the menu choices to me. I ordered the Dragon Breath ramen soup. It was absolutely delicious. I did not get sick from eating this meal. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will post a photo of my meal.

The ramen was delicious and as we were in a big group, the were extra careful and double confirmed that I got the rice noodle ramen

Ordering was easy — all the broths are gluten free. Subbed for rice noodles. Person at the register was very helpful, allergen certification displayed at the front of the restaurant, which was comforting too.

Really tasty. Pretty much everything can be made gluten free, they sub the Ramen noodles with rice noodles and cook in a separate pot. The man taking our order was very knowledgeable and reassuring about their use of only tamari in their broths. No reaction! Delicious and large portions!
