Habe dort schon öfter gefrühstückt. Herr Reeh und sämtliche Angestellte kennen sich super mit dem Thema Zöliakie aus und ich finde es immer wieder spannend, wenn er uns von seinen neuen Backideen / Herausforderungen erzählt. Man kann dort auch die getrennte Backstube besichtigen, zumindest an diesen „Special“Tagen für glutenfreies Frühstück. Mittlerweile kann man dort btw. Mit Vorankündigung auch täglich glutenfrei Frühstücken.

We drove one hour to get there, only to be told (in a very unfriendly manner) that gluten-free items were only available on certain days or if ordered in advance. Where did i find this information online??

Bäckerei mit eigener kontaminationsfreier glutenfreier Backstube. Bäckermeister Heiko Reeh kennt sich bestens aus und geht auch auf andere Krankheiten oder Unverträglichkeiten ein. Vorbestellen! Es wird mittwochs und samstags glutenfrei gebacken. Highlight sind immer die glutenfreien Frühstücksbuffets! Es werden auch wunderschöne glutenfreie Torten gezaubert!
