I stayed at the Refborg for two nights, eating both breakfast and evening meal there. The breakfast was a buffet; however, there were three gluten free cereal options all of which were clearly labelled and in sealed containers. The staff confirmed that the bacon and eggs were both safe for me to eat, although there is always a risk with it being an open buffet. There were also numerous milk alternatives available.
The evening meals were delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable and understanding, unfortunately they weren't able to confirm that the fries with the steak were gluten free but instead provided some pan fried potatoes - in my opinion, these were better than the fries my non-gf partner had the next night.
Overall a very good experience.
