The food was outstanding—delicious and expertly prepared. The service was top-notch, attentive, and thoughtful. I was especially impressed by their excellent gluten-free options. We tried the cauliflower crust pizza, and substituted two dishes with their gluten-free pasta, which was absolutely fantastic.
Wow! Very impressed. We had the salumeria board & marinated warm olives to start. Bronzino with cauliflower for dinner. Absolutely delicious. They also offered gluten free pasta and pizza dough (cauliflower crust). Cant wait to try next. Our server was very accommodating & informed us there were plenty of dishes that are naturally gluten free that can be modified such as the Bistecca (ribeye), Braciola (Porkchop), Pizzaiola NY Strip, salads with no croutons, or the soup with no pasta & lots of vegetable side dishes.
I would recommend specifying the allergy to your server to be on the safe side though. There were also a few vegan options as well like the marinated olives and Giardiniere pizza without cheese. I will be back!!!
Do not go. They had gluten free pasta BUT had pasta and shrimp and it was Tasteless!!!’ and very very expensive- definitely not worth it
Excellent gluten free pizza crust. Best I've had in the area!! Look forward to exploring their other options!
