My son has celiac and this is our go-to the pizza place. My son has never gotten sick, however keep in mind, even though this pizza is cooked in a disposable pan and comes with its own disposable pizza cutter, it is cooked in the same oven the regular pizza is cooked in so it’s not a dedicated gluten oven which means theres risk of cross contamination. All that said, I still give it 5 stars because they do take the very best precautions.
