Not sure if it was because it was a Sunday but our experience was pretty dismal. Meats came out extremely slow and tasted like burnt propane. They had a laminated GF menu but the servers weren't knowledgeable of what other ingredients were on some of the meats. They also listed the GF items in the salad bar but some of those seemed very suspect. Especially any of the fried foods. I became deathly ill and sadly got food poisoning.
whole staff was very aware of the GF options. Salad bars in general are sometimes sketchy for celiacs at restaurants, so you can venture that beast at your own risk. My wife is extremely sensitive and she tried the salad bar with no issues. But the endless meats brought to your table is always worth it!
