Had the mince and onion pie..homemade with mushy peas gravy and mint sauce. Was really tasty. Also very reasonably priced. The people there..both staff and customers were also lovely and friendly. It has a really nice community vibe about the place. I intend to go regularly now and want to try just about everything on the predominantly gf menu. Gluten containing bread in served in a completely separate area and one of the owners is coeliac. I felt safe eating there (a rarity!) and I was fine afterwards.

What a gem this place is, and the majority of the menu is gluten free.
On top of that its:
Affordable
Tasty
Has great service
Lots of choice, inc: cakes, sausages, burgers, pies and breakfasts etc
The owner is coeliac so felt safe.
Main kitchen is gluten free, smaller seperate kitchen area for preparation of gluten products, great to avoid cross contamination.
I had the all day breakfast, as did my non gf husband (he had non gf toast) . We both enjoyed it thoroughly.
I've missed just being able to grab a sandwich from a cafe, or enjoy a breakfast with my husband without travelling or paying through the nose. Not any more!
