I went to Reinas on Mother's Day and did not have the same experience as the other reviewers.
I arrived there around 5:00 PM and the restaurant was less than half full which in retrospect is a pretty bad sign. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu but service from the kitchen and from the bar was slow.
I ordered taco chips with an excellent avocado dip however my entrée of a tiny portion of beef in a sauce, limp, cold french fries and a heaping bowl of rice was mediocre.
I can't recommend this restaurant and do not understand the 2014 Zagat rating.
Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I would not go back to give them a second chance based upon this experience.
Frederick has too many other great gluten-free dining options. This is not one of them.

Positively phenomenal Peruvian tapas style food with excellent service, and a lovely ambience. Gfree items that can be adapted are marked right on the regular menu. They are also able to adapt for other restrictions too if you ask. The serving staff and chefs were extremely knowledgeable of how to adapt dishes to be gfree. I personally had the executive chef and another chef come out to my table to make sure things were adapted well and tasted good. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed.
