The owner / chef told me all his chefs are fully trained and understand Coeliac Disease. He then went on to say I could choose anything on the menu or out of the cabinet and he would ensure it was safe for me . If a cabinet food he would get the item from the fridge to avoid Cross contamination. I had a delicious lunch and will be back on a regular basis as he filled me with confidence . He was super caring !!!
