Went for breakfast. I called ahead of time to ask about their gluten-free options and the hostess went out of her way to explain their GF options and substitutions. When ordering, I asked the waitress about cross contamination and she reassured me they have protocols in place. I ended up having the gluten-free French toast and it was delicious! I told our waitress how much I enjoyed the GF bread and she said they get a lot of compliments about it. I’m wiring this 2 days after eating there and I did not get sick. No GF menu but they are happy to oblige when asked. I will be going again.

So sad to leave a bad review for Rembrandt's. It is raved about for great food, but we had a poor experience. Both my husband and I ordered a salad and asked it to be gluten and dairy free. So, that meant no bleu cheese or dressing and the bread on the side wasn't needed. First salads came out with blue cheese covering the top. Second salads obviously had left over bleu cheese, but we were told they were made completely over. I disagreed. My third salad had bleu cheese on the bottom, as I discovered while mixing and tasting that distinct flavor. I did not pay for it as I was only able to eat a few bites. By this time, our salads were just thrown together and the quality of the ingredients were poor for paying $20 after tax and tip. Bruised and brown avocado, bacon not fresh, and chunks of the bitter romaine heart. Maple dressing was good, though.

Definitely not celiac safe. I asked waitress just to be sure the gf menu was no longer available and she confirmed. She did say that there was alot that could be gluten free, and kitchen staff would change gloves and to just let my server know. Didn’t see anything breakfast-wise (maybe a salad would be do-able?) that worked so I thought I’d order a side of fingerling potatoes... nope, they are fried in same fryer as gluten. At least my waitress was knowledgeable to let me know that. Ended up just ordering a tea and that was that. Not worth a food visit if you go here BUT atmosphere was fun and there were many drink options from specialty coffee’s and tea, etc.
No
They got rid of their gf options and menu all together
No
Visited the other day based on this app and they told me no dedicated GF space in kitchen , said it was probably not safe for celiac.
No
Staff seemed knowledgeable, very sensitive & didn’t get sick, but not many options.
DO NOT EAT HERE.
Does not have a dedicated kitchen space.
Not attentive to allergies.
Service was awful.
One of only three parties here with ample wait staff; waitress was immediately dismissive and brushed us off before I even brought up my Celiac. Expressed to both her and a manager that I have a severe wheat allergy and asked if they could just do their best. The manager was kind and said they could accommodate but the waitress forgot after multiple reminders and I was brought out a salad with Farro. I didn’t realize the carelessness until I was halfway into my other dish and was quickly on my way to one of my worst reactions lately.
Food was par at best. Do not eat here.
No
As soon as I said I had a gluten allergy, the waitress said they don’t have a dedicated fryer but most other items can be made gluten free. She was happy to check with the chef for any questions.
Yes
They do offer gluten free but the wait staff isn't always clear. They have told family members the french fries are gluten free BUT didn't mention there is no dedicated fryer.
If you have celiac be careful and stick to safer options more likely to be GF aside from cross contamination like the salads.
The staff was knowledgeable. Food was excellent! I tested a pumpkin muffin and a egg, bacon and potatoes breakfast with my Nima and it showed gf
Yes
The food tasted amazing and there were so many options! I’ve eaten here a few times and never got sick.
Yes
I have eaten here multiple times and felt great. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great atmosphere.
They are a bit spendy but food was delicious, and I didn't get sick. Root beer was amazing as well.
Yes
There are no gluten free waffles here. And on Sunday they only serve brunch. But the food was fantastic. They can make any and which gf. They have many gf pastries we got to go.
fun atmosphere, delicious food, and amazing root beer
We had an amazing dining experience. The gluten free menu is 2 pages with everything from appetizers to burgers to waffles to gourmet entrees. My husband and son had the Charbroiled Brisket Bacon Burger, which my husband thought was the best burger he's ever had! I had the Salmon with sautéed mushrooms and quinoa. My son also has nut and shellfish allergies and our server and the chef did an amazing job of helping us steer clear of any potential cross contamination. Our server told us that the owner has multiple allergies and also eats gluten free. We were impressed!
