This is a charming, laid back cafe off Pacific Ave at the University of Washington Tacoma campus. I've been in here for coffee a few times and finally asked about breakfast. They have gluten free bread and are aware of cross contamination risks and prevention. They don't advertise it, but the poor waitress who had to deal with me in between blood test and biopsy was knowledgeable and very patient with my completely frazzled self. Someday I will be back for the locally produced ice cream.
