Had breakfast at the hotel. Separate GF section for stuff like cereal, crackers, toast, etc. all individually packaged. Chef even brought out GF croissants to us. Dinner at the hotel - everyone was knowledgeable; some GF options, including flatbread pizza.

Great food! Very accommodating. I had the bruschetta with GF bread, GF pasta available for all dishes, Risotto, and GF bread basket. They also have other GF appetizers, that are always GF such as the bufalati tomatoes and mozzarella. Tell the waitress or waiter "intolleranza al glutine"!
