This place is as safe as a buffet can be. Staff were knowledgeable and were looking out for me. Food was AMAZING. The steak. Oh. My. God. 60% of the options were gf. There’s a salad bar. The host walked me around and showed me what was ok and what wasn’t. Then the servers come around with meats and sides. Everyone seems knowledgeable about gluten. I never got a for sure answer on the fries but I didn’t try really hard since there was so much good food. I will say that I was there when it was very quiet so that helps with cross contamination and the staff being able to know what the customer needs.
