I really enjoyed this tucked away cafe! The server was very knowledgeable when I told them I have celiac disease and am allergic to gluten/wheat flour. I did tell them in Spanish (Soy alérgico al gluten y a la harina de trigo), and they responded in English which menu items would be good for me to eat. They have tacos and other corn based options; I believe their menu is fully vegan, too. I had the sopecitas with “chorizo” made of quinoa and seeds, and it was very delicious!! My stomach was happy, too :) I will be going back a few times during my trip in PDC.
