They don’t understand what gluten is but they prepare many foods that are gluten-free naturally. Corn MASA is gluten-free that’s why as a celiac I eat a lot of authentic tacos with corn tortillas. This place has the best quesadillas made with fresh masa. Be careful while ordering ***There is one dish that they make called Pambasos it is a delicious sandwich with normal bread dipped into an enchilada sauce. - don’t order anything with enchilada sauce on it- i think its cross contaminated. Also anything named milanesa anything- it means breaded and that is deep fried breaded meat. ****If you stick to the tacos and quesadillas you should be safe here. My favorite is the quesadillas with potatoes and chorizo. It’s greasy but ohh so tasty.
