We booked the Bantu a la carte restaurant (in Phantasialand) to prevent cross contamination from other visitors.
When we made the reservation we mentioned we had a gluten intolerance. On arrival in the restaurant we spoke to the waiter who was helpful, but not fully aware of gluten. The chef came, and told us he was said we asked for lactose allergy 🙈
Anyhow: the chef was so helpful, and proposed to change the course by changing it to polenta/french fries. We also got glutenfree bread.
We also noticed (and the chef confirmed) the gluten information on the menu wasn’t always correct! That’s dangerous: please ask to talk with the chef, he was used to it and helped us with pleasure.
