This restaurant is located in the Hotel Le Montagnais. Jérémie, the person in charge of the resto, was knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination and was able to offer me some safe options for supper. Given the limited GF options in Saguenay, I was glad and this was reassuring. Had a simple but tasty salmon and veggies plate. Reservations need to be made. We also brought a cooler and stored some things in our hotel fridge and asked for a microwave on check-in (was very convenient for the days we went on hikes)
