I've been there twice since I've been diagnosed with celiac and I haven't been sick. There are plenty of dishes that can be made gluten free. A bit on the expensive side for the quality but understandable as it is on the resort.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They double checked recipes to make sure they were safe, and even delivered a sealed warmed dinner roll! Definitely recommend it!

The waiter/host was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. It was the most delicious meal, they could tailor almost anything on the menu. I recommend the linguine pescatore and the bread was unlike every other GF bread, it was like real bread. We want to go back!!
