Restaurant Globe-Trotter

Just got there and the restaurant hotel was closed even though we had made a reservation. I was just told that they were not open today and they hotel clerk left without an apology or an offer to assist us to find another restaurant as we had made a stop while heading to Quebec city.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Had a hard time getting across "je suis celiac, pas du gluten" rusty french. But managed to muddle my way to an omelette. But it was a lovely filling vegetables filled Herby delight! Bon appetit.

Personnels très au courant de la maladie cœliaque! La serveuse nous conseille plusieurs choix disponible sans gluten et nous mets en confiance. Superbe expérience!
