This restaurant not only offers wonderful traditional local cuisine, but a warm welcome and excellent service as well. We called ahead to ask for potatoes for our fondue instead of bread as I’m gluten intolerant, and when we arrived they had prepared gf bread for us as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and speaks English, and there are many naturally gf options considering that you like cheese of course! Make sure to call ahead for a reservation, they are almost always fully booked!
