The staff got very good knowledge of celiac desease and cross contamination. There is no gluten free menu, but the cook can change the most recipes. They give very good advise to that. I've got the filetpan and had no problems.

Das freundliche Personal hat gute Kenntnisse über Zöliakie und evtl. Kreuzkontaminationen. Es gab zwar kein ausgeschrieben glutenfreies Menü, allerdings hat der Koch einfach die glutenhaltigen Zutaten abgewandelt. Ich wurde sehr gut beraten, bekam die "Filetpfanne" und hatte anschließend keine Probleme.
