I have been here multiple times and usually they seem to be on top of allergies, but I would recommend always double checking with the server who brings out your food that it is in fact gluten free and being careful to look for anything that might be wrong. It's a busy restaurant on most days and I have had to send something back more than once because
the server brought something out with soy sauce or breadcrumbs that they had assured me that they would leave off. Just something to be aware of, so try to choose something that is already gluten free so they don't have to make changes, if possible.
