Review of Restaurant Otto`s Pistentreff

Very nice, cosy, medium-sized ski-hut right at the bottom of the ski slope. Also easily accessible on foot. The kitchen offers some small snacks / meals at lunchtime, including Dutch dishes and delicious gluten-free fries. Bratwurst and meat loaf are also gluten-free. There is an extra menu in the evening. Here, for example, the grill plate, the pork steak and the potato skewers with chicken or salmon are gluten-free. Unfortunately, there is no separate menu for gluten-free dishes, but the service staff or Chef Otto will be happy to provide information. There is an extra deep fryer in the kitchen and a separate area for preparing gluten-free dishes. It is definitely worth making a reservation in the evening. However, you do have to wait a while for your food. The gluten-free food was preferably served after about 30 minutes, but we waited an hour in total for the "normal" food. The service staff don't speak German very well, but are very friendly and will call the chef to help if necessary.

Sehr nette urige mittelgroße Ski-Hütte direkt unten an der Skipiste. Auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Küche hat Mittags einige kleine Snacks / Essen u. a. holländische Speisen und mega leckere glutenfreien Pommes zu bieten. Bratwurst und der Leberkäse sind auch glutenfrei. Abends gibt es eine extra Speisekarte. Hier sind zum Beispiel der Grillteller, das Schweinesteak und die Kartoffelspieße mit Huhn oder Lachs glutenfrei. Leider gibt es keine separate Speisekarte für glutenfreie Speisen, aber der Service bzw. der Chef Otto gibt gerne Auskunft. Es gibt in der Küche eine extra Fritteuse und einen extra Bereich für die Zubereitung der glutenfreien Speisen. Abends lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall zu reservieren. Man muss allerdings etwas auf sein Essen warten. Das glutenfreie Essen wurde bevorzugt nach ca. 30 Minuten serviert, aber auf das "normale" Essen haben wir insgesamt eine Stunde gewartet. Das Servicepersonal spricht nicht so gut deutsch, aber ist sehr freundlich und holt zur Not den Chef zur Hilfe.
