On the website it says that there is a chance of cross -contamination. I sent an email asking if it was really not possible to clean a part of the countertop and use clean kitchen supplies. After consultation with kitchen staff it turned out to be no problem. We had to pass on with reservations what my husband wanted to eat so that they could do all the preparations. When we arrived in the restaurant, the waitress knew that there was someone with celiac disease and she once again told kitchen staff how they had to work.We had a delicious meal and my husband had no reactions.

Had lunch here, very nice restaurant/lunchroom. Staff was well informed about celiac, and made me some special lunch with an omelet and roasted beef with gluten free bread. Even though the facility was very crowded, no mistakes were made.
