My wife and I split a gluten-free pizza and salad. Started out with gluten-free rolls. Pizza crust is made from glute-free flour and not cauliflower - excellent! Gluten-free beer was available. Excellent service. The waitress was very friendly and the owner spent time talking with us about gluten free food and beer and life in Switzerland - very personable. Menu noted that pizza can be made with a gluten free crust and gluten free pasta is available.
