They seemed to know what they were talking about when we were ordering, and they told one of our party that something was gluten free. She was very very ill the next day, not sure if food poisoning or Coeliac’s but either way she was violently ill. They also use a lot of oil in their cooking and the chicken was very dry.

The staff at this Mozambican place understand GF, and while a few GF items are marked on the menu most dishes were available GF when we asked. There were no cross-contamination issues with two curries & rice, and a very tasty, affordable meal. Charming outside seating, although heads up, smoking is allowed.
