When I asked about gluten free, the waiter advised that I could choose anything on the menu and they would adapt as necessary to be made gluten free (within reason). I had the steak with Roquefort sauce. They brought me out my own side of mashed potatoes, and I couldn’t have the other potatoes they’d brought out for the rest of my party to share. The veg was fine. There were also a new desserts that were gluten free. They bring out a salad and bread to start, and they brought me some separate gluten free bread. The sausage they bring out to start isn’t gluten free, so they brought me some cheese instead. They let me know what was gluten free throughout, very helpful.
