I had a lovely vegetable paella here. Their menu is very clear with all types of allergens listed.

They bring bread to the table at the start with alioli for those who aren't gluten free. They then brought out a separate plate of gluten free bread for me and another tub of alioli to avoid cross contamination.

The only thing on the menu was that the chips are listed as gluten free and without any allergies but when I asked if I could have them they said no because of the fryer.

I would throughly recommend if you are long benidorm seafront.
