This was a nice, traditional Segovian restaurant that had really good gluten-free bread, good meat, and good seafood. They also knew about celiac disease. The only thing we didn’t like about it was the waiter was very rude when we asked if the soy sauce on the salmon had gluten in it. It was marked gluten free on the menu, but I wasn’t sure because other restaurants haven’t always realized that soy sauce has wheat in it. He acted very exasperated and would not check with the kitchen. I ended up getting a different fish, and luckily, I didn’t get sick. Lastly, as a celiac, the only other thing I worried about was the heaps of bread and crumbs that they put straight on the table.
