Separate GF menu (only in Spanish, unlike full menu in English) allows your to focus on what you can have. I had bruschetta as a starter, and the front of house was very apologetic that it wasn’t as crispy as normal bread would be but it had been wrapped in the oven to ensure it didn’t pick up any gluten traces
