Restaurante Mil Sabores

This bar/restaurant was a little tricky to find in the middle of Puerto De la Cruz but as we were in the area following a visit to Loro Parque, we were fairly determined. It’s in a pedestrian zone lurking up a side street and so had to park a few streets away.

The menu is not extensive in terms of the number of items however most is or can be made gluten free.

The menu isn’t specifically marked up and there’s no specific gluten free menu so at first you may wonder if you’re in the wrong place!

Please do ask the staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable and they will gladly tell you everything you need to know.

Grill bar restaurant, everything on the menu is gf. Selection of variety of fish/pork chops. Also available gf beer, desserts, starters (alli oli dip with gf breadstick).
