I came in by seeing the previous reviews. However, I was not as lucky, with the server saying that it should be obvious which items had gluten and which did not have. In the end she told us that the only non-gluten option was the paella (the most expensive item in the menu).
We had a lovely dinner upstairs here. The server was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all the gluten free options. My husband had the best paella of the trip here. I enjoyed a lovely gluten free pasta.

Wife and I had a good time each time we came here. Thought I got best value from the tapas opposed to the entrees. But wife enjoyed everything

Although nothing stated GF on the breakfast menu, they were very accommodating and did me bacon and scrambled eggs, which was delicious.

The staff is very knowledgeable about allergens, and delicious!
Yes
Waiters are clueless indeed. Be careful, menu is out dated in regard to allergen information. According to kitchen, tortilla and cheese sauce in patatas mix are NOT glutenfree, but menu says so. Only found out after repeated questioning.
All the gluten containing items are labeled on the menu. They also have gluten free pasta. The waiters are a little clueless, but after multiple consultations with the kitchens they found out what is and isn't gluten free.
