The celiac in our group is 12, and ordered off the kids menu, but was able to have grilled fish with fries. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries, and when he took the order he confirmed a couple of times that it was gluten free (sin gluten), and offered GF bread, which came warmed but still individually wrapped in plastic. Some adults ordered paella and though we didn’t ask we were specifically told it is not gluten free, so not to share it with the celiac kid. When the food was delivered the grilled fish and fries were announced as “sin gluten.” Felt very comfortable.
