From the manager to the cooks to the waitstaff, these people are fully aware and knowledge about celiac disease. Some menu items are GF and some can be modified (they have GF pasta and buns). The chef, when handing my plate to the waitress, told her specifically that it was someone who had celiac (so communication is amazing among the people here). With all of that, to be perfectly honest, the burger was the best I've had in my entire life! They were able to change up the duck fat fries (which I wanted really bad) to pan seared potatoes that were delicious! The pork belly ends were amazing, as was their chocolate torte (all GF)!
