Reuben's Deli

Best deli excellent customer service. Owner put a lot of time in selecting the gluten free bun. It doesn’t fall apart or taste terrible. They try to service everyone quickly so don’t be shy. Speak up and order what you want. Everything is great.

This is a New York style deli, which apparently means that the people behind the counter will yell at you if you're indecisive or hesitant.

While gluten free bread is offered, the sandwich is prepared on their main counter. There's a ridiculously high risk of cross contamination.

I suspect if I asked them to fix their process I'd just get yelled at. I'm not comfortable returning.
