All pancakes are available glutenfree. I had "een toet boertje" (apple, cinnamon, raisins in liquor and caramelsauce) and it was delicious! Keep in mind that the pancakes are quite large/thick. I barely managed to finish half of it, as it was very overwhelming.

I have celiac, didn't have any troubles after eating here.
