The omelets and sandwiches can be made gluten-free. Their gluten-free bread is good, too. Tell your server about your allergy/allergies, and they will substitute items to give you a meal you can eat. We eat there every few months and have not had any problems or reactions.

One of the places my daughter enjoys going because she knows she will have multiple gf options! Plus the food is good!

Sandwiches can be made gluten free, omelettes are great and gluten free, and the salads are gluten free as well. Unsure of measures taken to prevent cross contamination, but in two years of eating here, I’ve never had a reaction.

So so good! It’s amazing to be able to order at a cafe/diner and feel safe. I requested the eggs Benedict on gf bread instead of the English muffin, and they accommodated with no problem. They also let me know that the seasoning on the side of potatoes was not gf, and offered to make them without. I’m sensitive, but not to that level, so I had them leave it on. I was just really surprised they knew to consider it and impressed they asked.
Everything was delicious, and the gf bread option made a lot of the menu attainable. There are several just naturally gf options as well, like omelets, oatmeal, etc. will definitely visit again!

Not sure I’d trust it if you’re celiac. They have some items marked on the website and have GF bread options. My server had no clue what gluten was, so she was not super helpful. I went with what I’ve gotten before. Crème brûlée French toast (GF bread) and Gouda grits. I’m more annoyed that their website says to speak with your server about the substitutions and options but they don’t seem to have any knowledge.
