This place is fantastic! The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. It’s a gluten free facility so everything is safe to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Gooooo visit this place!! It is worth every minute to get there. It's a dedicated GF spot...an absolute gold mine in Kentucky. It's a dream. Any closer and I'd probably be there every day. The breakfast casserole is amazing. So many gluten free breakfast, lunch, and dessert options. The coffee is excellent (Sunergos Coffee) and they are friendly and accommodating. A gem of a spot 😀

What a find! Dedicated GF coffee shop with lots of treats as well as breakfast and lunch items. Sunergos coffee as well. I sure hope they can stay in business. Well worth the visit.

Great food, service, and people. Completely gluten free. I have really enjoyed all of the cheesecakes and all the weekly specials I have tried have been really good. They also do holiday orders. My daughter really liked the dinner rolls we got her to have with our Thanksgiving meal. They also have donuts most Saturdays.

Was hesitant but its SO good. Its a completely gluten free menu with really good baked items. I had the Greek Chicken/Quesadilla and my non GF fiance kept going on about how good it smelled-it tasted amazing and was seasoned properly. Best banana pudding Ive had in Louisville as well. The key lime pie was ❤❤❤. Just try it

We had a great morning of coffee and pastries!! The entire menu is gluten free! They have various salads, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The staff was nice, the environment was relaxing. They also have picnic tables for outdoor eating. We will be back!!
