Great bakery for GF!! Many sweet options and types of bread. Fairly busy, but no crazy line at 9a on a Wednesday. I got the Apple Bear Claw pastry and really enjoyed it. My family that can eat gluten really liked their vegan chocolate chip brownies. An easy walk from “town” and the tourist areas if you have time!!

Oh my! This place is amazing! Vegan, GF and the vegan options are dairy free as well. I got almost one of everything. Most delicious croissants I've ever tasted! Very clean and recommended!

What a neat little place. It’s a dedicated gluten free bakery. I tried the ham/cheese croissants and they were tasty. Chocolate chip cookie was dry and not enough chocolate chips in it. Toffee cookies were yummy but a bit dry. Banana bread was moist. The cinnamon rolls are yum but ask to have it warmed. My family enjoyed the matcha tea and a latte.

Oh my gosh!! This place is AMAZING! I cannot tell you when I last had a croissant or a chocolate croissant, and they were FANTASTIC! We also had the egg and cheese and cinnamon roll. Everything was so good-the best gluten free breads that I have ever had. The coffee was wonderful too. Such a treat!

Um. If you’re trying to lose weight don’t go here! Since going gf, I don’t really miss breads and cookies but this place could lure me back! It is a dedicated GF bakery with coffee, espresso and specialty teas. There are also multiple loaf bread options available daily. So far this week, we’ve devoured the banana muffin (truly divine), the mixed berry muffin, the golden milk cookie, the chocolate/toffee shortbread cookie, the quiche (didn’t reheat evenly but great flavor), the egg bites mini breakfast loaf (croissant style)and the coconut cookie/macron and the sourdough bread. The only thing we wouldn’t reorder is the coconut cookie. Everything else is perfection!

We loved Revolution! Was our saving grace for breakfasts during our stay in Santa Fe. The cinnamon rolls made with the croissant dough were delicious. We also loved the croissants! Such a treat. Unique location next to a few, fun stores, too.

Not sure I can add anything to previous reviews accept the vegan blueberry scone was fantastic- full of blueberries. Went twice during my time in Santa Fe and also got a loaf of multi grain bread, a mint Oreo brownie, cinnamon roll, and blueberry oat bar, all vegan. Their vegan milk is oat milk, and I enjoyed a latte with my pastry.

Totally gluten-free, Vega options, everything is awesome! The Nutella Croissants are like a cross between a butter cookie & a Croissant, such a treat! Cinnamon rolls (now in vegan as well), brownies, quiche is to die for (crust gets a chefs kiss 💋). Really you can't go wrong. 10/10!

Never thought we’d score an amazing bakery like this, when we moved here! Favorites in our house include lemon ricotta pancake batter, apple fritters, apricot fritters, (orange) brioche (we make French toast with it!), cinnamon rolls, focaccia (especially Dionne’s peach with sage one!!), slices of lemon pound cake, and we love bringing home quiche when we’re able.

Great to have an all GF bakery. It is great for GF vegans to have an option. I found the cinnamon roll to be lacking in flavor, but my husband like his shine and we will be back. My husband did not like the Chai, and I was turned off that it didn't say what type of vegan milk was in it. it seemed to have no allergy information and lacks details to help with allergies.

We stopped here on our way the the airport. It is a dedicated gf bakery. I bought a few brownies, raisin bread, and a scone. I haven’t tried it all yet but it looks good. It was difficult to find but it’s inside the warehouse building near the pizza place. Just park we’re google maps tells you and go in. I could find a sign outside but once I went in the building there is a big sign.

I love this place. I used to live in SF and would visit the original revolution bakery and was so disappointed when it closed. They’re back and the baked goods are phenomenal. Cinnamon rolls, croissants!!!! So good.

First time having cinnamon rolls in YEARS and they are absolutely phenomenal. Good New Mexico-specific treats, like the biscochito cookies, and everything I tried (lemon bar, chocolate donut, cinnamon roll, biscochito and chocolate chip cookies) was incredible.

Will be going back for bread for sure; no idea how they make gluten-free pastries so dense and delicious at the same time.

100% gluten free! Get there early to have the most options. During covid (unsure how it was before) they put a menu online that you can order before Wednesday and pick up on Friday but they also have items daily when they are open that you can pick up. The only good thing I can say about getting food from here is that I didn’t get sick. But the sandwich was pathetic (barely anything on it for the price charged) and the loaf of bread we got was so incredibly crumbly and dry that we were barely able to choke it down and that was with TONS of mayonnaise. The staff wasn’t friendly and acted like we were an inconvenience to their day. Maybe because we went into the shop and not through the drive through window? Whatever. Not going back. Overpriced and underwhelming food.

So grateful that Revolution Bakery exists. This bakery is 100% gluten-free with zero chance of cross-contamination. There are always tons of vegan options, too. Her pastries are so well made, you wouldn't even know they are gluten-free. Dionne is such a gift to the Santa Fe community. If you're local or passing through town, Revolution Bakery is a must for breakfast or lunch. Not to mention all of the teas are house-made & hand-blended. The chai is OUT OF THIS WORLD!
